Rights and obligations of the Client 3.1 If the Client's hosting is blocked due to a complaint and/or for other reasons 1 (one) or more than 1 (one) time per month (network scanning, outgoing DoS attacks, etc.) and the Client does not take action on his complaints, the Company has the right to terminate the provision of services and block the Client without any refund. 3.2 The Client has the right to use the Hosting for any purpose, except for purposes contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation and the laws on copyright and related rights. 3.3 The Client is granted access (unless otherwise agreed) to the server, and the Client bears all related responsibility. 3.4 The Client has the right to install and use any software on his server, provided that it is legitimate and does not violate copyright and related rights, as well as the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 3.5 The Client is obliged to monitor the compliance of all posted materials and software used with the content on the server and be responsible for its compliance with the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 3.6 All questions related to the work of the client hosting are accepted only in the form of requests to the support service in the personal account at https://billing.sclad.us/ 4. Conditions for the removal of suspended services: 5.1 VPS orders will be deleted the day after the deadline if payment is not made. 5.2 Pay in advance, do not leave everything on the last day. 5.3 We do not store backup servers. 5.4 In case of unforeseen circumstances, a replacement server is issued. 5.5 As practice shows, we never refuse a client and always try to help, even if it is not our responsibility. 6. The service provider is not responsible 7.1 The Company does not check the content of the Client's Hosting. Refund of funds 8.1 The Company does not refund the funds that are available on the account of the personal account https://billing.sclad.us . 8.2 A refund is possible only if the paid service has not been provided in full.
